This Returns & Refund Policy describes how allcanhear.com manages product returns, replacements, and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for purchases made through retail partners, in-store locations, or other third-party sellers.

All returns must be made directly through allcanhear.com and authorized by our customer support team before sending your product back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
This ensures proper processing and protects your eligibility for a refund.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All hearing aids purchased from allcanhear.com come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date you receive your shipment.

If you’re not fully satisfied within 60 days, you may return your hearing aids for a full refund (excluding return shipping fees), provided the return meets the conditions listed below.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees, which may vary depending on location.


Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return within your 60-day guarantee period, please contact our support team:

Our specialists will verify your order and guide you through the process.
A short phone call or video consultation may be required to ensure that any product issues or fit concerns are properly addressed before processing your return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a USPS return label by email.

You must ensure your return is in transit by the 60th day after delivery to remain eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without authorization will be rejected and returned to the customer.


Returns Within 60 Days

If you are within the 60-day window and have received approval from our support team, you are eligible for a full refund, provided that:

  • The hearing aids are returned in their original packaging.

  • All included accessories (charging case, cable, earbuds, domes, brush, tools, etc.) are present.

  • The hearing aids are undamaged, clean, and in working condition.

If a product defect is confirmed upon inspection, a full refund will be processed.

If the item shows physical damage, water exposure, wax buildup, or unauthorized modifications, the refund will be denied.

Returns must include your order number for proper verification.
Inspection may take 3–5 business days after receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only; timing may vary by bank or card issuer.

If you prefer to ship without a provided label, you may do so at your own cost to the address provided by our support team after authorization.


Returns After 60 Days

Returns requested or received after 60 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Unauthorized or late returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Customers may request reshipment, subject to a $5 return postage fee.


Accessory & Ear Care Returns

Unopened accessory packs or ear care products may be returned within 60 days for a refund.

Opened or unsealed accessories are not eligible for return.

When returned with your hearing aids, accessories may be included in the same shipment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times vary).

  3. Contact your bank directly.
